Section 160

If the interim order issued in accordance with this paragraph is canceled or if the conditions thereof are amended or modified, if any action is not taken due to the interim order prior to the cancellation, amendment or modification, and if any action is caused to any party, such party shall take action against the party requesting the interim order. He can file a petition in the relevant court to demand compensation by stating the amount of loss and damage.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the court may hear the relevant parties in such matter.
(3) If it appears that the petitioner has actually suffered loss or damage due to the issuance of an interim order during the hearing in accordance with sub-section (2), the court may issue an order to pay compensation for the loss or damage. > (4) If an order is made according to sub-section (3), the party requesting an interim order shall pay the compensation to the applicant as per such order.
